TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Due to the limited quantity of our product, we serve according to first come first serve basis.
- Only serious buyers will be entertained.
- All Prices are fixed.
- All items are 100% new. Backing out and refund are not allowed once payment has been made unless item is out of stock.
- Sold items are not refundable nor exchangeable.
- Colours may slightly differ from the actual items due to lighting and different screen resolution.
- Shipping of item(s) will be done via Pos Laju Malaysia.
- Orders are within Malaysia only.
- No cash on delivery (COD).
- We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during the delivery of the items because it is out of our control.
STEPS ON HOW TO ORDER
- Fill in the Order Form.
- Once you've submitted the order form, we will notify you your order status via email that you've provided to us so make sure you type in a valid email.
- Please give us at least 48 hours to respond to your email.
- Payment must be made within 48 HOURS (2 days) upon receiving a confirmation email from us. If we didn't receive any payment from you within the time period, your reservation item(s) will automatically be cancelled.
- Payment will be made via our Maybank account for postage (account number will be given when purchase is confirmed).
- For payment via:
- Online transaction: Please include our email, summercoversshop@gmail.com as the referral.
- Bank deposit/ interbank transfer/ ATM machine: Please attach a picture or a scan or a print screen of the transaction slip to avoid fraud.
- Since we're operating in Sarawak, the shipping charges may be different than the Peninsular
- Semenanjung (WM): RM5
- Sabah & Sarawak (EM): RM3
- Once you've made the payment, please inform us after each transaction.
- We will send you the tracking number to enable you to track your parcel once item has been posted.
- Insyaallah you will receive your parcel within 7 working days.
